Consultation $150-$250
This consists of meeting on location, touring the property, taking photographs. The detailed written home staging report will include an action plan, tips on how to’s and reference photographs. This information will enable you to execute the plan independently. Factory Paint & Decorating will do as little or as much as you need. Consultation pricing is based upon the property size. Note: A $25 credit will go towards any additional staging services.
Home Staging for Sale $600-$900
Factory Paint & Decorating will take this opportunity to get you the best return on your investment. Your home will be staged by an accredited staging professional for the market so it may sell up to 50% faster as well as for top dollar. We will use creativity and passion to bring you results.
This option includes a walk through of your home, where we will take detailed notes and photos. You will then receive a proposal of what needs to be done and how we will execute the steps. We will do all the work so it will be stress free for you!
We will spend up to 8 hours going through the entire home and stage as needed. We will tackle the whole staging process, using and repurposing your own items and bringing new items in when needed*. This will put your home above the competition. This is only an approximation of what it will cost to complete the staging in your house. Our various services are flexible and can be adjusted to meet your individual budget requirements. Additional hourly charge of $75 per hour.
*We have a great source for furniture and accessory rental. The rental fee is determined upon the number of pieces and the length of rental period.
Home Staging for Life $350
Tired of your space or not sure how to best utilize your space? This service is designed to “re-awaken” the beauty of your space. This entails repurposing your existing furniture and accessories and if needed purchasing new items to reach the rooms true potential. This package will mold to your needs. A coat of new paint or reupholstering can change the whole look and feel! If new pieces are needed we can guide you, or shop for you for the perfect pieces. We will spend 4 hours executing the suggested steps in the written home staging report. Additional hourly charge of $75 per hour.
Personal Shopping $200
Have no time or just don’t know what is right for your home? Let Factory Paint & Decorating do it for you! We will create a budget and find the perfect pieces for your home. This service consists of 3 hours. Additional hourly charge of $75 per hour.
Reorganization/Decluttering $125
Great for those that feel overwhelmed with clutter and need to best utilize their space. This service consists of 4 hours. Additional hourly charge of $75 per hour.
